chord with the root in the bass, you play a major third in the bass instead. This creates a nicer bass line and a very nice sound.
No matter how experienced you are as a guitarist sweep-picking is highly complex material that requires very much exercise. Use your pick to hit two or more strings on a down- or up-stroke. In the example below, 4 strings is swept.
